Michelle Cousté, Corporate Board Trustee

Michelle Cousté grew up in Cabin John, MD, attended HOBY MD in 2009, and has joined the Board of Directors for HOBY Maryland this year as a Trustee. In her 13th year volunteering and 11th year on the Seminar Planning Committee, she is currently the Community & Service Coordinator for the 2027 HOBY MD Seminar. 

Michelle is a proud Tartan from attending both the Academy of the Holy Cross and Carnegie Mellon University. Professionally, Michelle is a Senior Superintendent with Clark Construction, managing field operations and logistics planning of public infrastructure construction projects from the Metro Silver Line to Fairfax County Wastewater treatment. 

When possible, Michelle keeps life interesting by attending shows or building sets for local theater, reading queer books by queer authors, exploring the world with only a backpack, doing yoga, making very amateur art, or cheering on the Washington Spirit!
