Camille Carter, Corporate Board Secretary

Camille Carter serves as Secretary of the HOBY Corporate Board. A HOBY Maryland alumna, Camille attended the seminar as an Ambassador in 2019 and returned to volunteer with Team Alumni in 2020. She went on to serve as Co-Director and Director of Team Alumni, helping recruit, train, and mentor high school volunteers as they returned to serve future classes of HOBY ambassadors. In 2026, Camille expanded her involvement with the seminar by helping lead its Professional Development programming, an area she will continue to coordinate for the 2027 seminar while also serving as Assistant Director of Logistics on the HOBY Maryland Seminar Planning Committee.

Professionally, Camille has gained experience across public policy, banking, and compliance. She has completed two internships with CFG Bank, first in Cash Management and later in Risk & Compliance, and previously served as a Foreign Policy Intern with the National Interest Foundation. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from Morgan State University, graduating magna cum laude, and is currently pursuing her M.A. in Political Science at Howard University.

Having grown from an Ambassador into a volunteer, seminar leader, and now member of HOBY’s Corporate Board, Camille is committed to supporting the organization and helping future generations of HOBY leaders find meaningful ways to lead and serve their communities.
